• Real-time pose detection from your device camera using MediaPipe (web) or TensorFlow.js MoveNet (mobile, via server processing)
• Skeleton joint positions (33 MediaPipe landmarks or 17 MoveNet keypoints) during workout sessions
• Form metrics including guard position, stance width, hip rotation, head movement, and punch detection

Device Permissions:

• Camera access (required for pose detection and video recording in Shadow Boxing mode)

Location Information:

• Approximate location based on IP address (not precise GPS). The App does not request location permissions.

Log Data:

• Server logs including IP address, access times, and error information
• API request logs and response data

1.3 Third-Party Services and APIs

• ElevenLabs API — For generating realistic AI voice coaching with distinct coach personalities (uses the eleven_flash_v2_5 model with request ID tracking for voice consistency)
• Google Gemini API (Gemini 2.5 Flash) — For post-workout video analysis and technique assessment of Shadow Boxing sessions

Pose Detection and Camera Processing:

• MediaPipe Pose Landmarker (Google) — For on-device pose detection in web browsers (33 landmarks with 3D depth)
• TensorFlow.js MoveNet — For server-side pose detection when using the mobile app via Expo Go

Infrastructure:

• Replit — For backend hosting and PostgreSQL database

2.1 Providing and Improving the Service

• Delivering personalized AI-powered coaching with your chosen coach voice and your name
• Generating real-time pose detection and form analysis during workouts
• Recording and analyzing Shadow Boxing sessions for detailed post-workout technique feedback
• Calling combos and providing technique-specific coaching cues
• Providing real-time live technique corrections during Shadow Boxing and Combo Drill modes
• Playing background and workout music with automatic volume ducking during coaching
• Storing your workout preferences (coach, difficulty, stance, mode, music, volume) locally on your device
• Maintaining workout history so you can review past session ratings and track improvement
• Improving App features, functionality, and user experience

2.2 AI and Personalization

• Creating personalized voice coaching via ElevenLabs text-to-speech with your chosen coach personality
• Analyzing Shadow Boxing technique using Google Gemini 2.5 Flash video analysis to provide strengths, areas to improve, drills, and recommendations
• Adjusting coaching feedback based on your difficulty level (Novice has more forgiving thresholds; Intermediate has tighter tolerances)
• Using your name in coaching cues for a personalized training experience
• Scaling combo pacing and correction frequency based on difficulty level

2.3 Communication

• Responding to your inquiries and support requests

3. Data Retention

Personal Preferences: Your name, coach selection, difficulty, stance, music, and volume preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage and retained until you clear app data or uninstall the App.

Workout Session Data: Session metadata (punch counts, form scores, technique metrics) may be stored on our server database during and after your session. Session data is retained to support workout history and progress tracking features.

Shadow Boxing Video: Video recorded during Shadow Boxing workouts is uploaded to our server and sent to Google Gemini for analysis. The video is processed and the analysis results (overall score, category scores, strengths, key issues, drills, recommendations) are stored in our database. Videos on our server are temporary and removed after processing. Google handles video data per their own data retention policy.

Server Logs: Technical and access logs are retained for 30-90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App and providing the Service:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Replit (backend hosting and PostgreSQL database)
• AI Voice Services: ElevenLabs (text-to-speech voice generation for coaching)

• Shadow Boxing Video Upload: If you do not wish to have your workout video analyzed, use the Combo Drill mode instead, which does not record or upload video.

• Local Audio Cache: ElevenLabs voice responses may be cached locally for performance
• Image Cache: Punch tutorial images and other visual assets are cached on disk for faster loading

You can clear locally stored data by clearing the app's data or reinstalling the App.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your home country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, including the United States.
